Spanning 40 acres in the heart of Karol Bagh, The Amaryllis is an ultra-premium development featuring residential towers and a state-of-the-art, 1.5 lakh sq ft clubhouse—the largest in the region. This exclusive lifestyle hub boasts a world-class gym, infinity pool, spa, home theatre, karaoke lounge, and terrace garden, designed for affluent professionals, families, and NRIs seeking an elevated living experience.


To showcase this grand vision, Athereal partnered with Unity Group to bring Spatium VR to The Amaryllis Clubhouse—allowing buyers to explore 18 immersive locations covering 90,000 sq ft with unparalleled realism.

360° Immersive Walkthroughs: Buyers explored 18 clubhouse zones—fitness areas, entertainment hubs, and relaxation spaces—in full-scale, lifelike VR, bridging the gap between imagination and reality.

Seamless Setup & Execution: A 6x6 ft dedicated VR station, complete with a TV, high-performance PC, and Meta Quest 3, was integrated effortlessly within The Amaryllis Experience and Sales Centre.

Sensory Enhancements: Real-time interactive elements, subtle background sounds, and dynamic visuals created a rich, atmospheric experience that static images or sunboard models couldn’t match.

Rapid Sales Team Onboarding: Within two quick training sessions, sales reps fully mastered the system, allowing them to engage buyers with confidence and ease.

Guided Navigation for All Ages: Sales reps controlled the VR journey externally via our desktop controller, adjusting pacing, locations, and focus areas—ensuring a smooth experience, even for tech novices.

Tech-Driven Competitive Edge: Spatium’s intuitive interface and real-time interactivity positioned Unity Group as an innovation leader, setting their luxury offerings apart from competitors.

Tools we used

We used Meta Quest 3 headsets to create the most natural VR experience possible. These wireless headsets let prospects explore spaces by simply looking around and pointing—no complicated controllers needed. The result was an intuitive walkthrough that felt effortless and kept buyers fully engaged as they explored their future clubhouse.

The walkthrough was made with Unreal Engine. This strong 3D tool creates amazing, realistic environments. This let us create a rich, detailed tour of the clubhouse. Buyers could explore each space as if they were there in person.

To ensure flawless performance, we leveraged top-tier GPUs (Graphic Processing Units). These fast processors created complex visuals instantly. This made the walkthrough smooth, responsive, and immersive—without any lag or stutter.
