Visualization Gap: Buyers struggled to grasp the scale and grandeur of The Amaryllis Clubhouse. Traditional renders and photos failed to capture its full experience.
Complexity of VR Integration: The sales team was initially hesitant, concerned about the learning curve and whether VR would seamlessly fit into their existing sales process.
Limited Engagement: Static visuals and verbal descriptions lacked impact, making it harder for buyers to connect emotionally with the space and its premium features.
Slow Decision-Making: Without a real sense of space, buyers took longer to finalize purchases, leading to longer sales cycles and delayed conversions.
High Cost of Site Visits: Frequent site visits were time-consuming and expensive, especially for NRIs and busy professionals who couldn’t always visit in person.
Differentiation: With multiple luxury projects competing for attention, Unity Group had to stand out and showcase value beyond just specs and amenities.

Tools we used
Meta Quest 3: Immersive, Wireless VR
We used Meta Quest 3 headsets to create the most natural VR experience possible. These wireless headsets let prospects explore spaces by simply looking around and pointing—no complicated controllers needed. The result was an intuitive walkthrough that felt effortless and kept buyers fully engaged as they explored their future clubhouse.
Unreal Engine: Hyper-Realistic Visuals
The walkthrough was made with Unreal Engine. This strong 3D tool creates amazing, realistic environments. This let us create a rich, detailed tour of the clubhouse. Buyers could explore each space as if they were there in person.
Cutting-Edge Graphic Processors: Smooth, High-Performance VR
To ensure flawless performance, we leveraged top-tier GPUs (Graphic Processing Units). These fast processors created complex visuals instantly. This made the walkthrough smooth, responsive, and immersive—without any lag or stutter.

Seeing is Believing: How VR Eliminated Hesitation & Boosted Conversions
Where traditional sales tools like sunboard models and renders fell short, Spatium VR bridged the gap between vision and reality. Previously, buyers found it difficult to grasp the scale and spatial layout of The Amaryllis Clubhouse.
Now, through immersive walkthroughs, they don’t just see the space—they feel it, experiencing its grandeur and premium design in a way that static images could never achieve. This newfound clarity has eliminated buyer hesitation, reinforcing the clubhouse’s luxury appeal and boosting the likelihood of conversions.
Moreover, buyer interest in VR itself has surged. Unity Group reports that 7 out of 10 visitors opt for a hands-on VR tour, spending 15-30 minutes immersed in the experience. Thanks to Spatium’s Desktop Controller, sales reps seamlessly guide each session, ensuring a smooth and personalized journey tailored to individual preferences.
This removes any tech barriers, making VR an effortless and accessible tool for all demographics—whether it’s young professionals, families, or retirees. The result? A sales experience that’s not just more engaging, but more effective, turning interest into action and redefining how luxury real estate is sold.
